A kerb drainage is a type of linear drainage with a profile corresponding to the kerb profile with outlets on the road side. The kerb drainage is installed in the kerb zone. The kerb drainage meets Class F900 loading requirements. The drainage is an ideal solution for old urban development.
It can be used both as a continuous or a local drainage. The external surface may be a natural polymer concrete colour (sandy) or any RAL colour. SYTEC kerb drainage system is made to PN-EN 1433: 2005/ A1:2007 “Drainage channels for vehicular and pedestrian areas. Classification, design and testing requirements, marking and evaluation of conformity.” In accordance with the standard, kerb drainage is M type drainage and must be installed with a concrete apron as per manufacturer installation guidelines.
