POLYMER CONCRETE:
Nowadays, the requirements for construction materials, apart from strength requirements, also include chemical resistance related to protection and increase in structure durability. A polymer concrete is an innovative, advanced material that meets the most strict requirements for durability, chemical resistance and environmental protection, while offering an excellent mechanical strength properties.
The polymer concrete is a building composite, a variety of concrete, where a standard concrete binder is replaced with synthetic resins. An addition of the resin binder determines improved properties, especially chemical resistance and mechanical strength.

Polymer concrete features:Â
1. non-absorbing, leak tight,
2. high frost resistance,
3. good insulating properties,
4. high chemical resistance (pH 1 - 10),
5. high mechanical resistance to chipping, cracking etc.
6. durability,
7. higher strength compared to standard concrete,
8. recyclable,
9. high adhesion to basic construction materials, e.g. concrete, steel,
10. very smooth surface,
11. coating with gel coat to obtain the required product colour,
12. easy installation and short time to reach optimum performance,
13. easy machining with diamond drills and diamond blades,
14. high abrasion resistance.
Use of polymer concrete in SYTEC products:
1. production of precast units for bridge drainage systems (bridge cornices, kerbs, street inlets, kerb drainage etc.),
2. production of precast units for linear drainage,
3. production of other precast units, e.g. street inlet covers and special units,
4. production of industrial tanks for electrolysis of non-ferrous metals,
5. production of etching, rinsing and fluxing tanks for use in zinc works,
6. production of wells, tanks and channels for draining waste water and industrial wastes, inspection chambers, meter wells, wastewater lifting plants, separators,
7. production of storage tanks for aggressive substances,
